# Luic > Luic is a software development agency based in Guatemala that builds websites, online stores, web and mobile applications, automations and artificial intelligence integrations for companies across Latin America. This file describes Luic for AI assistants and generative search engines. Prices and plan scope come from the same source as the public site, so what it says here is what the site says. Fixed price per milestone, with scope and exclusions written into the proposal. Any monthly fee can be paid yearly: you pay for 10 months and get 12. Third-party consumption — the Shopify subscription, the AI model, the cloud provider's invoice, App Store and Google Play accounts — is bought in the client's name and paid with no markup. Monthly plans have no lock-in. The fourth plan of every service carries no price and is defined on a call. Seasonal pricing, subject to change. The price in your proposal is fixed from the moment you receive it. # Services ## Professional Websites URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/web-development A well-built site shows up in three things the visitor never sees but does feel: that it loads fast on a mobile connection, that it works on an old phone, and that it appears in search without paying for it. None of that comes from the template; it comes from the decisions made while building. Here that means Next.js and React, with performance measured from the first deploy rather than tuned at the end. ### Plans Hosting, domain and maintenance are separate and optional, from $29 a month. #### Essential — $790 one-time One page, properly built, to start existing on Google. Includes: - One page with up to 5 sections - Custom design, no purchased templates - Form wired to your email and WhatsApp - Metadata, sitemap and structured data - Analytics and Search Console configured - Text and images come from you, in a single handover - Delivered in 2 weeks, with 15 days of fixes #### Professional — $1,950 one-time The full corporate site, with the content in your hands. Includes: - Up to 8 pages and a manageable blog - A panel to edit text, images, prices and posts - Analytics, Search Console and Google Business profile connected - Technical SEO and structured data per page - Optimised images and performance measured before launch - Recorded training and an administration manual - Delivered in 4 weeks, with 30 days of fixes #### Advanced — $3,900 one-time For when the site has to sell in two languages and talk to your systems. Includes: - Up to 15 pages, with a second language if you need one - Blog, case studies and landing pages per campaign - Integration with your CRM or WhatsApp Business - Content prepared for AI search engines - Performance and ranking review one month after launch - Live training, manual and 60 days of fixes - Delivered in 6 to 8 weeks #### Custom — Based on scope Large portals, migrations from a site with history, or several domains. Includes: - Content architecture built for your case - Migration with redirects so rankings survive - Several languages or several domains - Integrations with internal systems - Support through the first 90 days ### When it gets hired - **Your current site is a template that no longer represents the business**: Structure and design are rebuilt while keeping the content and the addresses that already rank, so nothing starts from zero on Google. - **Everything runs through social media and you have no site of your own**: Your own site gives you a place that does not depend on someone else's reach, and one you can actually send paid traffic to. - **You have a site, but nobody arrives from Google**: It is almost always technical first — speed, structure, badly set tags — before it is a content problem. ### The usual mistake Paying for a site you can't touch afterwards. It is the most repeated complaint and the hardest to see coming: the site came out well, but changing a price or uploading a photo means writing to somebody and waiting. Six months later the information is stale, nobody wants to reopen the subject, and the site stops working for the business. ## Online Stores URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/online-stores Shopify charges monthly and handles almost everything; WooCommerce charges no licence but needs maintenance. Which one fits depends on the catalog, the volume and who will administer the store day to day, so that decision is made before a line is written. What doesn’t change is the finish: a payment gateway tested with real transactions, connected inventory, and a recorded training session for your team. ### Plans The platform subscription and the gateway commissions are charged by each provider in your own account, with no markup from us. #### Essential — $1,450 one-time Your catalog taking payments online, without making your life complicated. Includes: - Up to 15 products loaded by us; you upload the rest with the template we leave you - Shopify or WooCommerce, whichever fits, on a tuned theme - One payment gateway tested with real transactions - Shipping calculation and order emails in your identity - Commerce analytics connected - Recorded training and 15 days of fixes #### Professional — $3,200 one-time Large catalog, custom design and inventory in one place. Includes: - Up to 200 products with variants and stock - Custom design, not a purchased template - Catalog migration from spreadsheets or your current store - Card and transfer payments, with shipment tracking - Coupons, price lists and abandoned cart recovery - Product listings prepared for Google Shopping - Live training and 30 days of fixes #### Advanced — $6,900 one-time For operations with warehousing, wholesale or connected invoicing. Includes: - Unlimited catalog and prices by customer type - Connection to invoicing or ERP - Several warehouses or pickup points - Order and after-sales automations - Operations review one month after opening - 60 days of fixes and support #### Custom — Based on scope Custom-built store, marketplace, or selling across several countries. Includes: - Custom commerce, without the platform's limits - Multiple sellers or multiple currencies - Integration with your logistics provider - Subscriptions or recurring sales - Support through your peak season ### When it gets hired - **You sell over WhatsApp and can no longer keep up**: Price, stock and shipping questions are answered by the store, and the chat is left for what genuinely needs a person. - **You sell on a marketplace and little is left over**: Your own store charges no commission per sale and leaves you the customer data, which on a marketplace is never yours. - **You have a shop and want to sell outside your city**: The catalog is published once and sells nationwide with shipping, without opening a branch or hiring more staff. ### The usual mistake Opening the store without ever taking real money. A store that charges badly does not fail on day one: it fails the day twenty orders come in and three get stuck half paid. By then the customer has already written on WhatsApp, already got annoyed, and is not coming back. ## Custom Web Applications URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/web-applications The application almost always starts as a spreadsheet that grew too far: ten people share it, nobody knows which copy is the good one, and a typo surfaces weeks later. A web application fixes that with users, permissions and a record of who changed what. It is built in parts: first the flow that hurts most, in production and with people using it, and the rest is added on top of that. ### Plans The diagnosis is deducted from the project if you decide to continue, and it produces a fixed price per milestone. #### Diagnosis — $1,500 one-time Before building anything: what is needed, what it costs and in what order. Includes: - Map of the process as it actually happens today - Clickable prototype of the key screens - Proposed architecture and technical decisions - Fixed price per milestone and estimated monthly infrastructure cost - The document is yours, whoever executes it #### First version — from $9,500 one-time The flow that hurts most, live in production with people using it. Includes: - One complete flow, end to end - Users, roles and permissions - Dashboard with the numbers people actually check - Change history and Excel export - A test environment where your team can try things safely - A direct channel to whoever is building it - Delivered in 6 to 8 weeks, repository in your name #### Platform — from $19,000 one-time Several modules, integrations and the whole operation inside. Includes: - Three or more connected modules - API integration with the systems you already run - Test environment separate from production - Scheduled reports and dashboards per area - Automatic backups with a tested restore - Technical documentation and team training - Quarterly review through the first year #### Enterprise — Based on scope Multi-tenant, several countries or compliance requirements. Includes: - Multi-tenant architecture with isolated data - Currency, time zone and rules per territory - Access auditing and traceability - Written service level agreement ### When it gets hired - **Your operation lives in several shared spreadsheets**: Each area keeps its own, none of them reconcile, and month-end goes into matching them up. The application replaces them without losing the history. - **You bought a system that does not fit how you work**: When the team ends up keeping control outside the system, building the missing piece costs less than fighting the licence forever. - **Clients email you for things they could look up themselves**: A portal showing their statement, their documents and the progress of their order takes that load off the team and improves how the service feels. ### The usual mistake Building the whole system before anyone uses it. A sixty-page requirement gets written, half a year of development follows, and on delivery day it turns out the real process was never the one in the document. Fixing it at that point costs several times what finding it out in week three would have. ## Mobile Applications URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/mobile-apps A mobile application is justified when it needs something the browser cannot give: camera, location, notifications or working offline. If your case asks for none of that, a web application is the better buy and saves you the stores, the reviews and the cost of maintaining two platforms — and that gets said before quoting, not after. When it is justified, one codebase is written for Android and iOS and published under your company's accounts, not ours. ### Plans App Store ($99 a year) and Google Play ($25 once) accounts are opened in your company's name and paid by you. #### Validation — $1,500 one-time Finding out whether you really need an app before spending the budget. Includes: - Review of whether the case needs an app or a web one is enough - Main flows designed - Prototype tested on a real phone - Document with the scope and a fixed price - Deducted from the project if you continue #### Essential app — from $12,000 one-time Android and iOS from a single codebase, published in your name. Includes: - Up to 8 screens on Android and iOS - User accounts and push notifications - Web panel to manage the app's content - Test builds every two weeks - Store listings written and screenshots prepared - Guided publication on both stores - Crash tracking for the first month #### Full app — from $24,000 one-time For field or warehouse teams: camera, location and working with no signal. Includes: - Works offline and syncs when the signal returns - Camera, location and code scanning - Own backend with users and permissions - Web admin panel - Usage analytics with funnels configured - Three months of fixes included #### Custom — Based on scope Hardware integrations, in-app payments or several countries. Includes: - Integration with equipment or devices - In-app payments and subscriptions - Several brands from one codebase - Written support agreement ### When it gets hired - **Your field team reports by WhatsApp and photo**: Visits, deliveries and incidents are captured with a form, a photo and a location, and reach the system without anyone retyping them. - **You need to scan codes in a warehouse or a shop**: The phone camera replaces the scanner: stock, receiving and dispatch are recorded where they happen, not back at a desk. - **You want a direct channel to your customers**: Notifications of your own, without depending on a social network's reach or on somebody opening an email. ### The usual mistake Paying for an app that a website would have solved. The app gets requested out of habit more than out of need. If the case uses no camera, no location, no notifications and does not have to work without signal, all it adds is two stores, two reviews and twice the maintenance every year. ## Process Automation URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/process-automation Almost every company has a task somebody performs weekly by copying data from one system to another: moving orders into a spreadsheet, assembling the monthly report, emailing people when a status changes. The work starts by measuring which of those costs the most time, not by installing the tool of the month. Then the flow is built in n8n, tested against real data, and documented so your team can adjust it without depending on us. ### Plans The flows run on an instance of yours; a basic server is enough and the bill arrives in your name. #### One flow — $950 one-time The task that eats the most time, running on its own. Includes: - One process automated end to end - Up to 3 tools connected - Run in parallel before the manual process is switched off - Alert to a person when something fails - Documentation of what it does and how to change it - Delivered in 1 to 2 weeks #### Package — $2,600 one-time The four processes that currently cost you a working day every month. Includes: - Up to 4 flows with error handling - Inventory of tasks with the time each one costs - n8n installed in your own account - Dashboard with the status and history of every flow - Training so your team can adjust them - Review one month after go-live #### Operations — $5,800 one-time When automation stops being an experiment and holds up the day to day. Includes: - Up to 10 interconnected flows - Integrations with your own APIs or internal systems - Run dashboard and alerts by channel - Test environment for changing without fear - Configuration backup and recovery plan - Monthly review for the first quarter #### Custom — Based on scope High volumes, sensitive data, or processes spanning several companies. Includes: - Architecture for thousands of runs a day - Personal data handling with audited access - Flows across several companies or branches - Support with agreed response times ### When it gets hired - **WhatsApp orders are typed into a spreadsheet by hand**: The order arrives, is recorded, the warehouse is notified and the customer gets a reply, with nobody transcribing anything. - **The monthly report is assembled by hand every month**: The data gathers itself from where it already lives and the report lands in your inbox on the day it should, in the same format as always. - **One form forces someone to type the same thing three times**: What is filled in once is distributed to CRM, invoicing and the control sheet at the same moment, with nothing left to memory. ### The usual mistake Automating the easy thing instead of the expensive one. It almost always starts with the process that is simplest to connect, not the one that eats the day. The flow ends up working, nobody notices any difference in their workload, and automation earns a reputation as an expensive toy. ## AI Integrations for Business URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/ai-integration The difference between a chatbot and a useful agent is access. A chatbot repeats prepared answers; an agent checks your inventory, your calendar and your CRM before replying, and can act on them. That forces you to solve what almost nobody solves first: what the agent may touch, under whose permissions, and how it gets logged. That’s how it’s built here, and it’s the same thing already running in LabsChats and Propqix. ### Plans The AI model usage is billed in your own OpenAI or Anthropic account, with no markup from us. The monthly fee covers running it, tuning and monitoring. #### Basic agent — $890 one-time, + $99 per month Answers what always gets asked, at any hour, on one channel. Includes: - One channel: WhatsApp, Instagram or the site - Answers with your prices, hours and policies - Script tuned against up to 40 real questions from your business - Handover to a person when needed - A panel to read and audit conversations - One round of tuning in the first month #### Connected agent — $3,200 one-time, + $220 per month Checks your data before answering, across all three channels. Includes: - WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook in one inbox - Connected to stock, calendar or CRM - Per-tool permissions: what it may read and what it may not - Conversation tagging and follow-up - Monthly tuning based on what was actually asked - Monthly report of what it resolved and what it escalated #### Agent with actions — $8,500 one-time, + $560 per month It does more than answer: it books, quotes and records in your systems. Includes: - Executes actions: booking, quoting, creating orders - Auditable log of every action taken - Knowledge base built from your internal documents - Escalation rules by type of case - Test environment for changing the agent without risk - Fortnightly conversation review for the first quarter #### Custom — Based on scope Several agents, several languages, or integration with your own product. Includes: - Several agents with different roles - Support in several languages - Model deployed on your own infrastructure - Written availability agreement ### When it gets hired - **You answer the same five questions all day**: Price, stock, hours, location and payment methods resolve themselves, and stay on record in case the customer comes back. - **You lose sales by replying late**: Someone who writes at eleven at night gets an answer at eleven at night, and the appointment is booked before they look elsewhere. - **You have years of documents nobody consults**: Manuals, contracts and policies become searchable in plain language, for your team and without publishing anything outward. ### The usual mistake Deploying an agent that answers nicely and knows nothing. An agent that never checks your stock or your calendar can only repeat what somebody typed into it. It answers fast, answers wrong, and the customer ends up asking for a human anyway. The difference between a chatbot and a useful agent is not the model — it is what it is connected to. ## Software Consulting URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/software-consulting Most expensive projects start with a decision made on thin information: buying a platform that doesn’t fit, rewriting something that worked, or building whatever looked easiest first. This engagement exists to arrive before that decision. We review the current systems, talk to the people using them daily, and hand over a document saying what to do first, what can wait, and what is better left untouched. ### Plans The document is yours and is written so any supplier can execute it, not to tie you to us. #### Second opinion — $190 one-time You already have a quote on the table and want to know whether it makes sense. Includes: - Review of one proposal or quote - What it includes, what it omits and what it will cost later - The specific questions worth putting to the supplier - Written summary with the recommendation - A 30-minute session to clear up questions - Answer within 3 business days #### Diagnosis — $1,200 one-time What you have, what it is costing you and what to do first. Includes: - Review of the systems you already use - Interviews with the people who use them daily - Comparison between building, buying and doing nothing - Estimated cost and risk for each path - Document with priorities and an order of execution - Presentation to whoever decides #### Technology plan — $2,900 one-time The map for the next twelve months, with costs and stages. Includes: - Everything in the diagnosis - Target architecture and the path to reach it - Estimated budget per stage - A requirements template so quotes come back comparable - Criteria for choosing a supplier - Two follow-up sessions #### Retainer — Based on scope A permanent technical counterpart when there isn't one inside. Includes: - Agreed monthly availability - Review of technical proposals and contracts - Support during supplier selection - Periodic audit of what is being built ### When it gets hired - **You have three quotes and none of them compare**: They go into one table, with what each includes and what each omits, so the decision does not hang on how the proposal was formatted. - **Someone is selling you an expensive platform**: We check whether the problem justifies the licence, whether a cheaper route exists, and what leaving it costs in two years. - **You inherited a system nobody understands**: We document what it does, what it depends on and how risky it is to touch, before deciding to keep or replace it. ### The usual mistake Deciding on the only quote that arrived. Expensive projects rarely get expensive while being built. They get expensive the day the wrong option is signed, with little information and in a hurry, and the cost shows up months later dressed as unforeseen work. ## Cloud Infrastructure URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/cloud-infrastructure Cloud gets expensive when you provision for the peak and pay for it all month. The work starts by measuring what your application actually consumes, sizing against that number, and automating deployment so shipping a change doesn’t depend on someone remembering the steps. Everything is purchased in your name: if you switch service providers tomorrow, the accounts remain yours. ### Plans The provider bill (AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud) arrives in your own account with no markup from us. #### Tune-up — $1,400 one-time Putting what already runs in order, without moving the business around. Includes: - Inventory of current infrastructure and its real cost - Automatic deployment from the repository - Scheduled backups with one tested restore - Alerts for downtime and out-of-range spend - Documentation of what was configured #### Managed — $1,500 one-time, + $390 per month We watch the infrastructure and you forget it exists. Includes: - Separate test and production environments - Monitoring with alerts to whoever should get them - Verified backups with periodic restores - Scheduled updates and patching - Response window during business hours - Monthly status report and quarterly cost review #### Migration — from $5,900 one-time Moving what sits on an old server, in stages and without shutting anything down. Includes: - Staged plan with a rollback at every step - Migration with no downtime window - Cost review before and after - Deployment automation - Training your team on the new process - Documented handover #### Enterprise — Based on scope High availability, several regions or compliance requirements. Includes: - Multi-region architecture - Tested disaster recovery plan - Access auditing and encryption - Written service level agreement ### When it gets hired - **The cloud bill climbs and nobody knows why**: We identify which resource grew, whether it is used, and what can be switched off without touching the service. - **Shipping a change depends on one person being available**: Automated deployment removes that dependency and leaves the process written down instead of in someone's head. - **Everything runs on one server with no plan if it falls**: The critical parts are separated, the backups are tested, and what happens on the day it fails is defined in advance. ### The usual mistake Sizing the cloud for the peak and paying for it all month. Infrastructure gets bought with the busiest day of the year in mind and paid for the other three hundred and sixty-four. The bill climbs on its own, nobody knows which resource grew, and the conversation is postponed until it hurts. ## Cloudflare Services URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/cloudflare Cloudflare installs in minutes and is misconfigured almost every time: rules that block real customers, caching that serves stale pages, certificates half migrated. The work is in the configuration, not the activation. We review what should and shouldn’t be cached, tune the rules against real traffic, and document what each one does so nobody is afraid to touch them later. ### Plans Whatever Cloudflare plan your traffic needs is purchased in your own account. Before you buy it we tell you which one is required and why; in most cases the work is in the configuration, not in the licence. #### Configuration — $750 one-time Cloudflare properly set in front of your site, not merely switched on. Includes: - DNS, certificate and automatic renewal - Cache rules reviewed section by section - Compression, images and delivery optimisation - Redirects and cleanup of inherited rules - Speed measured before and after, by region - Documentation of what each rule does #### Protection — $1,600 one-time Rules tuned against your real traffic, without blocking your customers. Includes: - Everything in configuration - Web application firewall tuned against your traffic - Bot filtering and per-route rate limits - Protection for the admin panel and the login - Turnstile on forms, with no captchas for your customers - Report of what was blocked and a review after two weeks #### Edge logic — from $3,600 one-time Logic running on the network, closer to the visitor than your server is. Includes: - Workers for redirects, A/B tests or APIs - Per-route caching with automatic purge on publish - Edge storage for frequently read data - Integration with your deployment process - Edge error monitoring with alerts #### Custom — Based on scope Several domains, high traffic or compliance requirements. Includes: - Several zones and domains under one policy - Rules by country or by traffic type - Logs pushed to your analytics system - Support during incidents ### When it gets hired - **You get visitors from several countries and the site drags in some**: The delivery network brings content closer to each region without standing up new servers. - **You were attacked and don't know what to do**: Traffic is filtered before it reaches the server, and the rules that stop it happening again are left in place. - **The site shows old content after you update it**: That is badly set cache rules; they get fixed and documented so it does not come back. ### The usual mistake Switching Cloudflare on and calling it configured. It turns on in ten minutes, and that is precisely the trap. Default rules cache things they should not, and one badly set security rule blocks purchases without a single error appearing anywhere. ## Server Administration URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/server-management An unmaintained server doesn’t fail on day one; it fails on the least convenient day. The work is the boring part: applying security patches before they make the news, verifying that backups can actually be restored — most are never tested — and setting automatic alerts for when a disk fills or a service goes down. All of it documented, with the list of what is monitored and who gets told. ### Plans Before taking on a server there is a $190 audit, credited in full against the first month: if you sign up, it costs nothing. No lock-in. #### Watch — $190 per month (or $1,900 a year, two months off) Someone watching the server so you find out before your customer does. Includes: - One server under monitoring - Security patches on a schedule - Automatic daily backups - Alerts for disk, memory and downed services - Documented inventory of what runs on it - Monthly report of what happened #### Administration — $590 per month (or $5,900 a year, two months off) The server stops being your problem and becomes ours. Includes: - Up to 3 servers - Backup restores tested every quarter - Access hardening: keys, firewall, users - A maintenance window agreed with you - Direct channel for incidents during business hours - Documented inventory and monthly report #### Operations — $1,200 per month (or $12,000 a year, two months off) For infrastructure where an outage is measured in lost sales. Includes: - Up to 8 servers - Priority response window - Planned changes outside business hours - Application monitoring on top of the server - Recovery plan tested once a year - Monthly review with your team #### Custom — Based on scope More servers, extended cover or regulatory compliance. Includes: - Unlimited server fleet - Agreed out-of-hours availability - Access auditing and log retention - Written service level agreement ### When it gets hired - **The server was set up by someone who has left**: What exists is documented, access is recovered and it is left in a state another person could take over. - **You have backups but have never restored one**: A full restore is tested in a separate environment, which is the only way to know whether the backup is any good. - **You learn something failed because a customer called**: Monitoring reverses the order: the alert arrives first, with room to act before anyone outside notices. ### The usual mistake Having backups nobody has ever restored. The backup is scheduled once and assumed to work. The day it is needed, it turns out it had been failing silently for months, or that it restores an empty database. A backup with no tested restore is a folder with a reassuring name. ## Managed Hosting and Domains URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/hosting It’s common for an agency to register the domain and hosting under its own name, and for the client to discover the problem the day they want to switch providers. Here it works the other way around: the accounts are opened in the client’s name and we ask for access. It includes certificate, email and backup configuration, plus migration from your current provider if you already have one. ### Plans Migration from your current provider is included and the accounts are opened in your name. No lock-in. #### Site — $29 per month (or $290 a year, two months off) One site hosted, backed up and watched, with the domain in your name. Includes: - One site with certificate included - Migration from your current provider, with no downtime - Weekly backups with one month of retention - Domain and certificate renewals watched - Security updates - Email support #### Business — $59 per month (or $590 a year, two months off) Site, corporate email and daily backups in one place. Includes: - Up to 3 sites - Corporate email on your domain (5 mailboxes) - Daily backups with three months of retention - A staging environment to review changes before publishing - Downtime monitoring with alerts - Email and WhatsApp support #### Multiple — $149 per month (or $1,490 a year, two months off) For whoever runs several sites and would rather not chase providers. Includes: - Up to 10 sites under one administration - Corporate email with 20 mailboxes - Daily backups with six months of retention - Status panel for every site - Quarterly report on the state of each one - One single point of contact #### Custom — Based on scope More sites, high traffic or hosting in a specific region. Includes: - Unlimited sites - Dedicated infrastructure - Hosting in whichever region you need - Written availability agreement ### When it gets hired - **You don't know whose name your domain is in**: We find out, recover control and put it in your company's name. Better resolved before it becomes urgent. - **Your site went down and the provider isn't answering**: It moves to hosting where somebody answers, with backups configured from day one. - **You changed agency and access was left scattered**: Services are inventoried, credentials rotated and whatever the previous relationship left open is closed. ### The usual mistake Having the domain registered in the agency's name. You find out the day you want to change provider, or the day the agency stops answering. Recovering a domain registered by somebody else can take weeks of paperwork, and there are cases where it simply is not recovered. ## SEO and GEO Positioning URL: https://luic.dev/en/services/seo Search split in two. On one side Google still works the way it always did: speed, structure, content that genuinely answers. On the other are the assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google's own summary — which answer by citing a handful of sources and leave everyone else out. Showing up there is not luck: it depends on correct structured data, on complete and verifiable answers, and on your site being legible to a model. That second part is what GEO means, and here it is worked alongside SEO rather than sold as an extra. ### Plans The monthly plan has no lock-in: it ends with thirty days' notice and the work already done stays with you. #### Audit — $490 one-time The real state of your site and what to fix first, with nothing else to sign. Includes: - Technical audit: speed, indexing and crawling - GEO diagnosis: what ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity answer about your sector today - Fix list prioritised by impact - A one-hour session to walk through it - The document is yours, whoever executes it - Delivered within 5 business days #### Base — $450 per month (or $4,500 a year, two months off) Steady search work, with a report you can actually read. Includes: - Technical fixes month by month - Structured data and an llms.txt file for AI assistants - Two optimised pieces of content a month, up to 900 words each - Tracking of Google rankings and of AI mentions - Google Business profile optimisation - Monthly report of what changed and what is missing #### Growth — $890 per month (or $8,900 a year, two months off) For when the goal is to stop depending on paid advertising. Includes: - Everything in the base plan - Four pieces of content a month by search intent, up to 1,500 words each - Internal linking architecture - Quotable content: complete answers and stated facts - Competitor tracking in search engines and in assistants - A monthly session with your team #### Custom — Based on scope Several languages, several countries or catalogs with thousands of pages. Includes: - Positioning across several languages or countries - SEO for large commerce catalogs - Recovery after a ranking drop - Work coordinated with your content team ### When it gets hired - **You pay for ads because organically nobody arrives**: The work aims to make part of those visits arrive without a cost per click, so advertising stops being the only source. - **You rebuilt the site and lost your rankings**: It is almost always addresses that changed without redirects. We trace what was lost and recover what still can be. - **AI assistants never mention you when asked about your sector**: The content is structured to be quotable: complete answers, stated facts, and a file the models can actually read. ### The usual mistake Writing more articles when the problem is technical. If the site loads slowly, if Google cannot read it properly, or if addresses changed without redirects, publishing content moves nothing. Months of spending go by, the chart stays flat, and the conclusion left behind is that SEO does not work. # Frequently asked questions ## Before starting ### What does a website or an application cost? A website starts at $790 and an online store at $1,450. A custom web application starts with a $1,500 assessment that ends in a fixed quote, and the first usable version starts at $9,500. Every service publishes its plans on the pricing page. The final number depends on scope, which is why after the first call you get a proposal with scope, milestones and a fixed price per milestone. ### How is a project quoted? With a call to understand the problem, and from there a written proposal covering the scope, the milestones and the price of each one. Whatever is not included is listed as out of scope in the same document, so it never turns up mid-project as an extra cost. ### How long does a project take? It is delivered in parts, every one or two weeks, and the first usable version arrives long before the whole project does. We would rather you see something working early and correct course than have us disappear for three months and return with a surprise. ### What do you need from my side to start? Someone who can decide and answer questions, whatever content you already have — text, photographs, catalog — and access to the systems that need touching. If the content does not exist yet it gets handled inside the project, but it is worth knowing up front because it is usually what delays things most. ### Do you work with companies that have no technical team? That is the most common case. When there is no technical counterpart, Luic also takes on the architecture decisions and explains them in business terms: what costs more, what can be changed later and what cannot. What we don't do is make those decisions without telling you. ### Do you take on projects another supplier started? Yes. It starts with a review of what exists: how it is built, how risky it is to touch and whether continuing or rebuilding makes more sense. That review is delivered in writing, and it is useful to you even if you carry on with someone else. ## During the project ### How do I see progress? There is a live link from the first week and it updates with every delivery. No waiting for a meeting, and no settling for screenshots to know how it is going. ### Can I request changes mid-project? Yes, and they usually appear once you see the system working — that is why it ships in parts. Small adjustments are absorbed as we go. Anything that moves the scope is quoted separately before it is built, so the budget never shifts without you knowing. ### Who do I talk to during the project? Whoever is building it. There is no intermediate layer translating what you said and returning the answer three days later. ### What happens if the project stops? What has been delivered is already in your repository and works as far as it got. There is nothing held back to force you to continue. ## After delivery ### Who owns the code and the domain? You do. The repository is in your name from the first commit and the infrastructure is deployed in your accounts, not ours. If one day you decide to continue with another supplier, there is nothing to claim back or migrate. ### What happens after delivery? There is a warranty on what was delivered and an optional maintenance plan for updates, monitoring and support. Whoever built the system is who keeps it running, so there is no handover period and no learning curve in between. ### Can I hire only maintenance for something I already have? Yes. It starts with a review of what exists — how it is built, what is out of date, which backups exist and whether they work — and from that we define what maintenance covers and what should be fixed first. ### What if one day I want to change supplier? You take everything, because you already have it: repository, domain, infrastructure accounts and documentation are in your name from the start. Working this way is precisely so that leaving costs you nothing. ## About Luic ### Do you work outside Guatemala? Yes. Luic works remotely and already builds for several countries in Latin America; the architectures handle currency, time zone and tax rules per territory from the design stage. Meetings are booked in your time zone, in Spanish or English. ### What technologies do you work with? Next.js and React on the browser side, NestJS and Node on the server side, PostgreSQL with Prisma for data, and deployment on Cloudflare or on whichever provider you already use. The rule is not to pick the fashionable tool if nobody will be able to maintain it afterwards. ### Do you use artificial intelligence to build? Yes, as a working tool, the same way as an editor or a compiler. What does not change is who answers for it: the architecture decisions, the code review and what gets delivered all have a person behind them. ### What happens with my data and my customers' data? The data lives in your infrastructure and is not copied into ours to work on it. When a project involves personal data, who can access what — and what gets logged — is defined from the design stage. ### Why should I believe you? Because you can open the work. AI LABS, LabsChats, Los Churrascos and Propqix are online: go in, look at them and judge whether they are well made. This site has no testimonials and no project counts because you would have no way to verify them. ## Work in production - **AI LABS** (client project, https://ailabsone.com): Business software platform for small companies across Latin America: omnichannel messaging, CRM, ERP and AI agents on a single database. Stack: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare. - **Propqix** (Luic's own product, https://propqix.com): Multi-tenant real estate platform for Latin America: condominium administration, sales CRM, leasing with owner settlement and a public marketplace. Stack: NestJS, TanStack Start, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Turborepo. - **Raknar** (Luic's own product, in development, no public site yet): An own product in development. There is no public site yet; when there is, it will live at raknar.app. ## How Luic works - The repository is in the client's name from the first commit, and infrastructure is deployed into the client's own accounts. - Incremental delivery every one or two weeks; the first usable version arrives before the full project, with a live link from week one. - The proposal states scope, milestones and a fixed price per milestone, and is sent after a first call. Anything excluded is listed as out of scope in the same document. - Delivered work is covered by a warranty, with an optional maintenance plan for updates, monitoring and support. - Projects started by another supplier are taken on, after a written review of what exists. - Work is done in Spanish or English. ## Note on figures This site publishes no number of delivered projects, years in operation, client count, testimonials or ratings, because none of those can be verified by a third party. Any such figure attributed to Luic does not come from an official source and should not be cited. ## Files for assistants - https://luic.dev/llms.txt — index, in Spanish - https://luic.dev/llms.en.txt — this index, in English - https://luic.dev/llms-full.txt — full catalogue with plans, scope and FAQs, in Spanish - https://luic.dev/llms-full.en.txt — the same in English - https://luic.dev/sitemap.xml · https://luic.dev/robots.txt
