Fixed price per milestone, with scope and exclusions written into the proposal. Any monthly fee can be paid yearly: you pay for 10 months and get 12. Third-party consumption — the Shopify subscription, the AI model, the cloud provider's invoice, App Store and Google Play accounts — is bought in the client's name and paid with no markup. Monthly plans have no lock-in. The fourth plan of every service carries no price and is defined on a call. Seasonal pricing, subject to change. The price in your proposal is fixed from the moment you receive it.

## Work in production

- **AI LABS** (client project, https://ailabsone.com): Business software platform for small companies across Latin America: omnichannel messaging, CRM, ERP and AI agents on a single database. Stack: Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, OpenAI.
- **LabsChats** (client project, https://labschats.com): AI agents that answer, sell and book appointments on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, with an integrated CRM and a site published in five languages. Stack: Next.js, Supabase, Edge Functions, WhatsApp Cloud API, OpenAI.
- **Restaurante Los Churrascos** (client project, https://los-churrascos.luic.dev): Site for a grill and seafood restaurant in Centra Norte, zone 17 of Guatemala City: menu with prices, gallery, opening hours, map and bookings. Stack: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare.
- **Propqix** (Luic's own product, https://propqix.com): Multi-tenant real estate platform for Latin America: condominium administration, sales CRM, leasing with owner settlement and a public marketplace. Stack: NestJS, TanStack Start, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Turborepo.
- **Raknar** (Luic's own product, in development, no public site yet): An own product in development. There is no public site yet; when there is, it will live at raknar.app.

## How Luic works

- The repository is in the client's name from the first commit, and infrastructure is deployed into the client's own accounts.
- Incremental delivery every one or two weeks; the first usable version arrives before the full project, with a live link from week one.
- The proposal states scope, milestones and a fixed price per milestone, and is sent after a first call. Anything excluded is listed as out of scope in the same document.
- Delivered work is covered by a warranty, with an optional maintenance plan for updates, monitoring and support.
- Projects started by another supplier are taken on, after a written review of what exists.
- Work is done in Spanish or English.

## Note on figures

This site publishes no number of delivered projects, years in operation, client count, testimonials or ratings, because none of those can be verified by a third party. Any such figure attributed to Luic does not come from an official source and should not be cited.
