Luic is a software development agency based in Guatemala that builds websites, online stores, web and mobile applications, automations and artificial intelligence integrations for companies across Latin America.
In practice that means the site people find you through, the store that takes payments, the application your team works in and the automations that lift repetitive work off their desks. Artificial intelligence integration is the house specialty, applied where it moves a number rather than where it sounds good.
Alongside client work, Luic develops its own products: Propqix, a multi-tenant and multi-country real estate platform, and Raknar, in development. Maintaining a product for years forces you to live with the architecture decisions you made, and that is the difference between proposing a solution and having kept one running.

Do you work with companies that have no technical team?
That’s the most common case. When there’s no technical counterpart, Luic also takes on the architecture decisions and explains them in business terms: what costs more, what can be changed later and what can’t. What we don’t do is make those decisions quietly.
How much does a website or an application cost?
A website starts at $790 and an online store at $1,450. A custom web application starts with a $1,500 assessment that ends in a fixed quote, and the first usable version starts at $9,500. Every service publishes its plans on the pricing page. The final number depends on scope, which is why after the first call you get a proposal with scope, milestones and a fixed price per milestone.
How long does a project take?
Delivery happens in pieces, every one or two weeks, and the first usable version arrives well before the full project. We’d rather you see something working early and correct course than have us disappear for three months and come back with a surprise.
Who owns the code and the domain?
You do. The repository is in your name from the first commit and the infrastructure is deployed in your accounts, not ours. If you ever decide to continue with another vendor, there’s nothing to claim or migrate.
What happens after delivery?
There’s a warranty on what was delivered and an optional maintenance plan for updates, monitoring and support. Whoever built the system is who maintains it, so there’s no handover period or learning curve in between.
Why should I believe you?
Because you can open the work. AI LABS, LabsChats, Los Churrascos and Propqix are live: go in, look at them and judge whether they’re well built. This page has no testimonials or project counts because you’d have no way to verify them.
Do you work outside Guatemala?
Yes. Luic works remotely and already builds for several Latin American countries; the architectures handle currency, time zone and tax rules per territory by design. Meetings are scheduled in your time zone, in Spanish or English.
