What information should I send?
The problem and, if you have one, the date you need it solved by. You don’t need specifications or a preferred technology: deciding that is part of the job.
How long do you take to reply?
Same business day on WhatsApp and within twenty-four hours by email. If your message arrives on a Friday afternoon, the reply may land on Monday.
Does the first call cost anything?
No. It’s thirty minutes to understand the problem and say whether Luic can solve it. If it can’t, you hear that on the call and nothing is charged.
What if I just want a ballpark price?
You don't have to ask: the plans for all twelve services are published with their prices on the pricing page, starting at $790 for a website. With a rough scope we narrow that range in the first call, and the proposal with a fixed price per milestone comes after.
Do you work with small budgets?
It depends on what has to be built, not on the figure. The lowest entry points in the catalogue are a website from $790 and an automation flow from $950; maintenance and hosting start at $190 and $29 a month. A custom platform is another order of magnitude, and sometimes the honest answer is that what you need doesn't require hiring anyone.
