The starting point

A small company ends up with messaging in one place, customers in another and stock in a third. Each area sees a fragment of the customer and nobody sees the whole, so the agent promises what the salesperson cannot deliver.

• An omnichannel inbox merging WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook into one conversation per customer
• CRM and ERP on the same database, so the salesperson and the agent see the same figure

The starting point

Running a condominium, selling units and leasing them are three different businesses that almost always live in three different systems, when not in a notebook. The owner asks how much is due this month and the answer takes a week.

What Luic built

• Condominium administration: units, fees, expenses and statements
• Sales and leasing CRM, with automatic settlement to the owner
• A public marketplace where properties publish without being entered twice
• An AI agent that inherits the permissions of whoever uses it and sees nothing that person would not see
• Multi-tenant and multi-country: currency, time zone and territory rules from the design stage
