What we do

We build it, then we keep it running

Luic develops websites, online stores, web and mobile applications, automations and artificial intelligence integrations. The catalog lists twelve services, but real work almost always mixes several: a store needs someone running the server, an AI agent needs data to connect to, and an application is worthless if nobody maintains it.

Alongside client work, Luic develops its own products: Propqix, a multi-tenant and multi-country real estate platform, and Raknar, in development. Maintaining a product for years forces you to live with the architecture decisions you made, and that is the difference between proposing a solution and having kept one running.

Everything is in your name
Repository, domain, hosting and third-party services are opened in your accounts. If you ever switch vendors, there is nothing to negotiate or ask back.

You see progress every week
There is a live link from the start. No waiting for a meeting or settling for screenshots to find out how the project is going.

We say no when we should
If the budget doesn’t cover what you’re asking for, or what you’re asking for doesn’t solve your problem, you hear it on the first call and not three months later.
