Pricing

What each thing costs, written down before the call

Every service has its own plans with the scope spelled out. Here is the entry point for all twelve, so you can compare without opening twelve pages.

Entry point

Where each service starts

The price of the lowest plan in each service. The full plans, with what each one includes, live on the service's own page.

In USD, local taxes not included.

How billing works

The rules, before you ask

  • 01

    Fixed price per milestone

The proposal lists what each milestone delivers and what it costs. There are no hours quietly adding up to a final invoice.

  • 02

What's excluded is written down too

Anything outside the scope is listed in the same document, not produced halfway through the project with the face of an unforeseen cost.

  • 03

Third-party costs go to your account

Shopify, AI model usage, the cloud provider: all bought in your name and paid by you, with no markup from us.

  • 04

    No lock-in

Monthly plans end with thirty days' notice. The repository, the domain and the accounts are already in your name, so there is nothing to claim back.

What moves the price

Why two similar projects don't cost the same

If any of these applies to your case, it is worth saying so on the first call: it is what turns a range into a budget.

  • How many distinct processes are involved

A system with three processes does not cost three times one. What adds up is the coordination between them and the cases that appear where they touch.

  • What it has to connect to

Integrating a system that exposes an API is routine. One that does not — or that exposes it badly — can cost more than everything else combined.

  • Who is going to run it afterwards

Making it editable by your team without asking for help is work on top of building the site. It usually pays for itself within months.

  • How many languages and countries

Currency, time zone and tax rules per territory get decided at the start or paid for twice. Adding them later is rebuilding, not extending.

  • How compressed the timeline is

Tightening dates does not reduce the work, it concentrates it. Sometimes it can be done, and then it is quoted differently.

  • What already exists

Starting from zero is often cheaper than starting from a system nobody documented. That is why the first step is reviewing what is there.

About the price

What people ask when they see the figure

Why publish prices if every project is different?

Because most projects do fit in a range, and hiding it only costs us both a call. Every plan has its scope written down; when your case fits none of them, that is exactly what the last one is for.

Do the prices include tax?

No. They are in US dollars and exclude whatever tax applies in your country. The proposal shows the total with anything applicable.

How is it paid?

By milestone: the proposal defines what each one delivers and what it costs. Monthly plans are billed month by month, with no lock-in contract.

What if the project grows halfway through?

It is normal for it to grow once you see the system working. Anything that moves the scope is quoted separately and approved before it gets built; the price of the milestone in progress does not change.

Do you discount for hiring several services?

When two services share work, yes: setting up the store and its hosting together costs less than doing them apart, because the setup happens once. It shows up in the proposal without you having to ask.

I got a cheaper quote elsewhere. Will you match it?

No, but we will tell you where the two proposals differ. Sometimes the other one is good and you should take it; when it isn't, it is usually because it leaves out something you will need anyway.

Next step

Does your case fit one of them?

Tell us what you need and we will say which plan it lands in, or whether something separate makes more sense.
